Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across North America within target industries with a focus on T1-T3 Financial Services
Build a strong in-region pipeline min of 3x of target
Research market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position our identity solutions effectively.
Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives within:
Fraud Teams
Identity and Authentication Teams
Digital Banking Business Unit owners
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to address client pain points around identity verification, authentication, and fraud prevention.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solution engineers, marketing and product) to create compelling proposals and demonstrations.
Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, tracking pipeline progress and client interactions.
Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Stay informed about advancements in identity and authentication technology and communicate insights to the broader team.

Required

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Identity solutions, Authentication, SaaS, or Financial Crime within North America Financial Services sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of identity verification, authentication, fraud prevention.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions and positioning of IDlayr products to solve business problems.
Negotiation and closing expertise.
Driven towards exceeding targets and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, start-up environment and navigate a complex sales cycle.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
An understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and digital identity platforms.
