Responsibilities

Continued development of automated R solution for preparing financial management datasets

Development of dashboards for use in managing partner financial obligations and expenditures

Training to key staff in both R statistical and Tableau visualization software

Updates to programmatic dashboards for Child Health, Family Planning and HIV

Create analytics for HPG and present on existing web portal

Required

Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Statistics, or Data Engineering

10+ years professional experience working in data analytics and visualization

2+ years experience in developing and maintaining R programming packages

Experience in the use of web-based coding platforms for version control and collaboration (e.g. Github)

7+ years experience in using Tableau Business Intelligence software for data visualization

5+ years experience in delivering training and experience sharing related to data analytics and data storytelling

Preferred

Experience working with public health datasets commonly used by USAID in Sub-Saharan Africa

Familiarity with core USAID health and financial information systems used for monitoring and reporting (e.g. Phoenix)

Experience with AirTable

Experience with creating analytics for websites
