Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Order to Cash workflows, ensuring that all business and system requirements are thoroughly tested.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to understand business requirements and testing scope.
Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure the proper functioning of Order Management, Billing, Tax, Invoicing, and Payment processes.
Monitor, track, and report UAT progress, defects, and resolutions.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues within the Order to Cash cycle, providing timely recommendations for improvements.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall quality and efficiency of the Order to Cash workflow.
Train and mentor UAT team members to ensure best practices in testing methodologies.
Work closely with stakeholders in the Telecom/Satcom industry to validate business processes and system functionalities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in testing environments.

Required
Must be US Citizen / Green Card Holder
Order to Cash workflow experience
Telecom/Satcom domain experience
Extensive experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Order to Cash workflows
Solid experience in the Telecom/Satcom domain is required
Strong knowledge of Order Management, Billing, Tax, Invoicing, and Payment processes
Proven ability to create, execute, and manage test plans and test cases for large-scale projects
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex business processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
Proficiency in UAT tools and methodologies
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with UAT in Telecom/Satcom systems involving OSS/BSS.
