Responsibilities
Develop Test Cases: Create thorough test cases and scenarios based on business requirements, project documents, design mockups, and user stories.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing: Test new features and updates under development, using test cases to ensure every user scenario works as expected.
Identify and Report Issues: Detect any issues or defects during testing and report them clearly to the development team.
Validate Requirements and Sign Off: Confirm that new features meet business and functional requirements before they go live.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers to provide input on epics and stories, participate in sprint stand-ups and roadmap planning meetings, and maintain close interaction with developers to support continuous improvement.
Drive Product Accuracy and Enhancements: Actively contribute to ensuring high product quality by driving accuracy and identifying and suggesting product enhancement opportunities.
Inform and Train End Users: Summarize new features in clear, user-friendly updates and conduct training sessions for end users when needed.
Meet Sprint Deadlines: Complete all tasks on time within sprint cycles, staying on track with project timelines.

Required
Detail-oriented and motivated
Ability to develop thorough test cases and scenarios based on business requirements, project documents, design mockups, and user stories
Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing and testing new features and updates under development
Ability to identify and report issues or defects during testing clearly to the development team
Capability to validate requirements and sign off on new features before they go live
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers
Ability to drive product accuracy and enhancements by identifying and suggesting product enhancement opportunities
Skill in informing and training end users, summarizing new features in clear, user-friendly updates, and conducting training sessions when needed
Ability to meet sprint deadlines and complete all tasks on time within sprint cycles
Meticulous attention to detail

Manual testing experience; no programming or automation skills are necessary
