Responsibilities

Develop and manage the UAT plan, including schedules, test cases, and resource allocation.

Define the scope of UAT in collaboration with business analysts and project stakeholders.

Ensure test environments and required data are prepared and validated before UAT begins.

Act as the main point of contact between the project team and business users during UAT.

Facilitate and monitor UAT execution, track and document testing progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Organize and lead defect triage meetings to prioritize and address identified issues.

Identify risks and potential bottlenecks during the UAT phase and escalate as needed.

Provide regular updates on UAT progress, including test results, defect summaries, and resolution statuses.

Validate that all critical issues have been resolved before final sign-off.
