Responsibilities

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware peripherals.
Serve as point of escalation for the help desk.
Monitor the performance of firm desktops / laptops and suggest improvements
Ensure adequate security.
Prepare project updates and respond to requests for information from team manager
Create and maintain software images for endpoint devices including VDI/Citrix.
Maintain and develop a working knowledge of modern end point technologies (Windows, iOS and android) to include their backend infrastructure and management platforms (Active Directory Domain Services, Entra AD, Group Policy, SCCM, M365 and Intune).
Create, manage and track software, firmware and related update distributions
Test and cross-test all integrated applications.
Research new features for all applications.
Develop, maintain and improve existing documentation (Group Policy, Settings, Licensing and Versions as examples).
Create or configure SCCM/Intune application packages, policies and mobile profile configurations for enterprise-wide rollouts and upgrades.
Participate in researching, testing and evaluation of new technology.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Work additional hours as needed to fulfill job requirements.

Required

8+ years in Information Technology experience with a concentration / understanding of all end-point technology and related application life cycle management.
Associates degree or equivalent experience to include technical education / industry certification.
Experience with Active Directory Domain Service (GPO, DNS, DHCP, SITES & SERVICES).
Experience with SCCM/Intune.
Experience with the most current and past three versions of Windows and Windows Server.
Sophisticated troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to present ideas through verbal and written communications.
Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and procedures.
Ability to use wrists and hands repetitively while operating office equipment.
Ability to lift and move equipment with physical dexterity to install new computer components.
