Responsibilities
Collaborating on user experience planning.
Consulting with clients and various team members.
Leading meetings with clients to understand requirements.
Identifying capabilities/services for end users.
Researching and identifying existing content and gaps to support system development.
Creating/designing wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps.
Conducting user research activities such as usability testing and surveys.
Following up on submissions from user research activities.
Assisting with IT capabilities and support for meetings.
Providing overview presentations and Q&A discussions for various client teams.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus.
Using storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements.
Develop custom solutions using the WordPress framework.
Oversee and execute the implementation of new feature requests.
Advise on and support WordPress best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to clarify technical aspects of the work and assist in effort estimation.
Review code and pull requests from other developers.
Set up code repositories and remote development installations.
Implement continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines.
Coordinate releases with partner IT groups.
Assist other developers as well as seek help from peers.

Required
Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals.
2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps, and Flow.
A portfolio demonstrating research and design capabilities is required, including: Examples of authored knowledge base articles, Customer journey maps, Usability tests, card sorts, field studies, survey analysis, and journey map analysis, Creation of wireframes.
Familiarity with user interface design patterns and best practices.
Strong conceptualization ability, visual communication skills, and drawing capabilities, including: Creation of executive-level briefings and project milestone updates.
Ability to listen to customers and gather requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of common software project management, technology products, and development practices.
Preferred
Knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus.
