Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs.

Develop product design strategies and conceptualize innovative user experience solutions based on research findings, aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders, engineers, and product teams.

Develop visually compelling and user-friendly UI designs, maintaining consistency and high design standards across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of user-centered design solutions into the final product.

Continuously iterate on design solutions, conducting user testing and refining interfaces based on feedback and analytics.

Leverage your experience in product design to guide the design process from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring user needs are met and design integrity is maintained.

Communicate design rationale and user experience principles to stakeholders, ensuring designs align with the business vision and technical constraints.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience (X+ years) as a UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both user experience and product design (UX/UI).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, product development processes, and usability best practices.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional UI designs.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and rationale clearly and effectively.

Preferred

Experience with motion design or advanced prototyping.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) or understanding of design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma.

Experience working on SaaS products, mobile apps, or consumer-facing platforms.
