Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces, interactions, and user flows for enterprise-level web applications using Figma and other UX tools.

Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in an agile environment, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and usability findings.

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and adherence of the company's design system, ensuring design quality and cohesion across applications.

Identify existing usability gaps and proactively propose and implement solutions to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with technical requirements and business objectives, presenting design concepts effectively to internal teams and key stakeholders.
