Responsibilities
Design and optimize intuitive user experiences for IVR systems and other customer interaction platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
Apply user research and analytics insights to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize design concepts.
Ensure the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of designed interfaces.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and managing project deliverables under tight timelines.
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar).
Knowledge of speech recognition technologies and voice user interface (VUI) design principles.
Proficiency with analytics tools to track IVR performance and user behavior.
Preferred
Background in call center operations or customer service-focused initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
