Responsibilities

Experience establishing rapport with stakeholders

Understand our research project, understanding dovetail; this will be 80% qualitative vs. 20% quantitative.

User testing exp.

Translate user feedback to the internal teams to help stakeholders make the best decisions.

Required

5+ years of experience and proven track record in User Research or other qualitative and quantitative research.

5+ years with unmoderated interviews

3+ years of consulting with stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities

Ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to multi-level stakeholders

Candidates should have specific examples on how they lead UX research projects

Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.

Experience conducting research for complex digital applications such as e-commerce or other complex management software.

Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.

The position requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university plus 5+ years overall exp.
