Responsibilities
Acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team.
Preparing real estate documents.
Performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information.
Communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way.
Performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

Required
Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way acquisitions experience
Must include renewable acquisitions
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
Valid Driver’s License
