Responsibilities
Ensure Safeguard is receiving utility bills so Client’s account is not delinquent
Ensuring Safeguard receives final utility bills
Determine the SPI and contractor code assigned to each utility order is accurate
Responsible for updating and billing Utility orders and consistent follow up of pending utility status’ with our Clients
Responsible for order entry of subsequent orders required for follow up or recurring utility bills
Responsible for review and payment of past due bills, liens, deposits, inspections
Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
Required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.
Ensures Safeguard verifies with Utility companies that the final bill has been submitted to Safeguard or Client as appropriate

Required
High school diploma or GED equivalency required
Strong MS Excel skills required
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications simultaneously
