Responsibilities
Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
Collaborate regularly with Branch Directors, Clinical Managers, and Field Clinicians
Ensure quality assurance with OASIS documentation and care planning
Manage a high volume of documents with efficiency and precision
Maintain self-paced work within a home environment

Required
OASIS Certification required
Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
Unencumbered Florida RN License
Ability to review a high volume of documents accurately
Willingness to work 1 weekend per month
Preferred
Experience with EMR systems, specifically Wellsky/Kinnser
Familiarity with SHP platforms
