Responsibilities
Create and implement UX designs for web and social media platforms using AEM.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences.
Continuously improve and optimize user interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
Ensure all designs align with the Micron brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required
5+ years of experience in UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing web and social media projects
Create and implement UX designs for web and social media platforms using AEM
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences
Continuously improve and optimize user interfaces based on user feedback and analytics
Ensure all designs align with the Micron brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar
Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
