Responsibilities

User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and enhance usability, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, gathering feedback to refine designs and ensure an intuitive user experience across all platforms

Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals throughout the product development lifecycle

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered design language across products and platforms

Required

At least 3 years of UX or Product Design experience minimum (ideally targeting 5+ years)
