Responsibilities
Design and Optimize User Experiences: Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused designs for landing pages, marketing websites, and other digital touchpoints.
Data-Driven Design Decisions: Leverage user research, A/B testing, analytics, and heatmaps to refine and improve UX/UI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to align designs with campaign goals and with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience.
Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.
Accessibility and Usability: Design with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in mind to ensure an inclusive user experience.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and marketing-focused UX projects.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or other prototyping tools.
Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for solving complex problems through design.
Preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
