Required
Prior experience working on Federal government IT projects, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the Federal healthcare domain
Minimum 5 years in UX design, preferably in healthcare or government IT projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and WCAG standards.
Expertise in user research, usability testing, and optimizing user workflows.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.
Experience with user analytics and search function optimization.
