Responsibilities

Develop and implement UX strategies at both the project and portfolio levels that align with business objectives.

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Analyze research findings to inform design decisions.

Create user personas, user stories, journey maps, and wireframes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate UX into product roadmaps.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for UX success.

Present research insights and design concepts to stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferably in design, human computer interaction, computer science or related fields)

8+ years of applied UX strategy and design experience in the software industry.

Preferred

Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred.

10+ years of overall professional experience preferred.

Experience leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance user experiences, including the ability to integrate AI-driven insights and tools into the design process to create more personalized and innovative user interfaces.

Experience with geospatial data and solutions

Experience working in the energy, environment, or transportation sectors
