Responsibilities
Investigate user experience design requirements for digital assets.
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, etc.
Design UI elements and tools for digital assets.
Collaborate with internal and external designers for tailored experiences.
Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities.
Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Generate multiple design solutions based on analysis.
Identify design problems and opportunities within a brief.
Participate in divergent and convergent group work.
Work independently to solve open-ended problems.
Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly.
Evaluate and refine concepts based on prototypes.

Required
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences
Experience with user-centric design overall.
Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
Experience with Figma.
Preferred
Expertise in Conversational Channels: Chatbot, IVR, SMS, Assisted and other similar.
A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.).
Portfolio of largely professional work.
Contributed to one or more design programs or shipped products.
Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.
Figma, UX design, technical and/or business web applications.
