Responsibilities
Information Architecture: Design clear and intuitive information architecture and user flows.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Leverage your visual design skills to enhance the overall user experience.
Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions and deliver delightful experiences.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively.

Required
3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Figma is essential for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Proven experience in creating motion graphics using After Effects, Principle, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Preferred
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
