Responsibilities

Collaborate with end users to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

Design and prototype user interfaces for complex web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions

Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and screen sizes

Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, incorporating them into the design process

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the overall user experience strategy for our client's BtoB applications and experiences

Use Adobe tools and other relevant software to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes

Collaborate with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the final product

Required

US Citizenship - Clearable; Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex UI for modern web applications

Proficiency in Adobe tools to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes

Experience in optimizing UX for complex BtoB applications and experiences

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes

Familiarity with HTML5 and its capabilities in creating interactive web experiences

Strong Experience with Node JS / React

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and pain points

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

A passion for user-centered design and a strong attention to detail
