Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using user journeys, process flows, and design animations

Use and contribute to a design system and component library

Work tightly with Product Managers to define user requirements, user journeys, and low-fidelity UI mocks

Develop high-fidelity UI designs and animations that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Work closely with front-end developers to provide design specs and review the build-out of working products based on UI designs

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility)

Conduct design adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
