They specialize in connecting dots across multiple domains, influencing the roadmap with big-picture, divergent thinking while being grounded in data, analytics, user needs, and an operational mindset.

Required

People leadership, strong product thinking and experience strategy background, verbal/written communication skills, AI background, proactivity.

Demonstrated leadership in experience design, with a focus on strategic, user-centered approaches that deliver high-impact, scalable user experiences.

Expertise in AI and emerging technologies and their application to enhance user experiences.

Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, advocating for the user at every stage of the product development cycle.

Proven ability to operationalize user experience strategies and drive them through to execution.

Strong background in design with the ability to create visual assets, including mockups, flows, and concepts.

Proficiency in Figma is required.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience delivering executive presentations that advocate for user-centric design strategies.

Preferred

People management background preferred.
