Responsibilities
Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys to guide design decisions.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and gather feedback.
Create visually appealing and on-brand user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across projects.
Utilize platforms like Figma, Adobe XD, and ClickUp to manage tasks and ensure project alignment.

Required
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and how to design for diverse user needs.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects using tools like ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience with WordPress design and page builders like Elementor.
Knowledge of AI-driven design tools or chatbot interfaces.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM integrations.
Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on design.
