Responsibilities

Understand how users interact with industry standard technology and digital channels. Work closely with the UX/UI behavioral and science researchers to incorporate user feedback and research findings into design iterations

Lead the design of user interfaces for various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Leverage user-centered design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives. Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards

User Research and Usability Testing: Understanding user needs and testing designs to ensure they meet those needs

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all channels and platforms

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of in scope requirements
