Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team to improve the user flow for hosts and guests in the meeting coordination process.
Analyze and refine the host journey from creating a meeting, setting preferences, and inviting guests, to selecting a venue.
Design an intuitive guest voting experience for date and venue preferences, ensuring simplicity and ease of use.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to illustrate design solutions and gather feedback.
Improve the visual aesthetics of the platform while maintaining brand consistency.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Ensure mobile-first and responsive design principles are applied to enhance usability across all devices.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Required

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
Expertise in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
Strong understanding of user flow optimization, particularly for multi-step processes like coordination and collaboration.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Knowledge of usability best practices and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Ability to conduct user research and testing, with a focus on improving engagement and usability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional needs to deliver an engaging and practical user experience.

Preferred

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and collaboration tools.
Experience designing for platforms with voting, scheduling, or location-based features.
Knowledge of design systems like Material Design or Tailwind UI principles.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts to better communicate with developers.
