Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, systems, and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Perform risk assessments and identify critical control points.
Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes meet required specifications.
Prepare detailed validation documentation and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to resolve validation issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement of validation processes and procedures.
Train and mentor junior validation engineers and other staff on validation principles and practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Years of experience in validation within [relevant industry, e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive].
Strong knowledge of validation principles, including GxP, FDA, and ISO standards.
