Responsibilities

Work closely with colleagues to develop/improve existing techniques for bench silicon validation.

Evaluate full PMICs through bench silicon validation techniques including hardware and software setup preparation.

Prepare evaluation plans for specific products and provide timely reports on results.

Debug unexpected issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative methods to improve solutions.

Support colleagues from other teams and undertake occasional international and US travel.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Knowledge of Power Management applications (PMICs), with an interest in post-silicon bench validation

Knowledge on Embedded Systems, including C/C++

Expertise in basic lab instruments and measurement methods, mainly for DCDCs and LDOs

Ability to debug any unexpected issue and identify the root cause

Good proficiency with Python programming with particular use for lab automation hardware environments

Ability to work with instructions from highly experienced team members

Goals-oriented and able to deliver on-time results under tight schedules

Ability to select/propose innovate methods/techniques to improve existing solutions

Support colleagues from other teams, such as Design Engineers, Test/Quality/Product Engineers

Board level analog and digital circuit design expertise for PCB schematic design (Altium)

Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity within multisite and multicultural environments

Flexible to undertake occasional international and US travel
