Responsibilities

Develop User Requirement Specifications for new equipment and oversee the procurement and build process.

Prepare and execute Validation Plans, System Impact Assessments, and other validation-related documentation for equipment and critical systems.

Author Procedures and Work Instructions for equipment operation and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel.

Identify equipment key performance indicators, perform risk assessments, and support process efficiency improvements.

Provide technical support for deviations, corrective actions, and audits as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Life Sciences

2+ years of experience with GMP equipment onboarding/validation/modification highly preferred

Possess good communication and problem-solving skills highly desired

Working Computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer required

Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
