Responsibilities
Maintains all qualified equipment/systems in compliance with policies, guidelines, and procedures, including developing qualification protocols and reports, supporting execution of qualifications, supervising vendors, and developing written procedures for calibration and maintenance.
Manages projects within the functional area, supporting equipment/systems implementation projects, completing documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Provides excellent customer service and support by responding to requests, offering technical guidance, and maintaining positive relationships with team members and customers.

Required
B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of experience in FDA – regulated industry, with 3 years of experience in facility/utility/equipment qualification required
Preferred
Preferred protocol execution experience with controlled temperature units (Kaye validators, Ellab), biological safety cabinets (cleanroom foggers), cryogenic storage systems, etc.
