Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our internal software using ASP.NET and VB.NET.

Act as the top technical expert, resolving issues with core applications and integrations.

Manage and understand our data model, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions.

Work with senior management to prioritize development tasks and manage the project backlog.

Oversee the development team using an agile approach, adapting to customer and business needs.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs proactively.

Maintain high standards for code quality and streamline development processes.

Establish and manage debugging, QA, and user acceptance testing processes.

Optimize development environments for better code management and deployment.
