Responsibilities
Work with vendors to develop and maintain contract data, downloadable capabilities, and data synchronization
Populate databases with details of purchasing, clinical invoices, sales, savings, rebates, and contract information
Perform variance analysis to look for anomalies by purchase classification and develop ways to further analyze the data
Utilize Business Intelligence Reporting Tools to create detail reports of the data in the databases
Extract information out of databases to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Prioritizes, corrects, and batches data in order to locate missing information
Uses database programming languages to transform, schedule, and automate transformation of the data

Required
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Preferred
Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred)
2 years of professional experience
Full proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL)
Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
