Responsibilities

Monitors performance for assigned vendors, including generating KPI reporting and conducting risk assessments; identifies performance, risk, and compliance issues.

Owns relationship management and governance programs for assigned vendors who are Humana Military’s primary vendors.

Coaches and mentors’ team of senior vendor professionals.

Serves as escalation liaison for vendor operational and performance issues; drives accountability by seeing escalations through to full resolution.

Develops vendor Statements of Work and participates in proposal review and vendor vetting activities.

Bachelor's degree

Familiarity with Subcontract terms and conditions

2 years of experience managing staff

5 years of experience in a health care, health insurance setting or DOD contracting environment

5 years of relationship management experience including conflict resolution, corrective action plan management, and ensuring delivery and performance from vendors

Experience with process improvement, project leadership, and/or risk management

2 years of project leadership experience
