Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential vendors to enhance outcomes for participants in CC programs.
Identify and recommend vendors that can boost engagement within CC programs (e.g., BBC Maestro).
Evaluate vendors suggested by carrier partners to determine their suitability and alignment with CC programs.
Present the value proposition of potential vendors to carrier partners.
Collaborate with account managers and executives to advocate for THB as the central coordinator of wellness initiatives with carrier partners and vendors.
Ensure that contracts between carrier partners and THB include a structure and payment model that compensates THB for its role as the coordinator of wellness initiatives.
Oversee the contracting process between THB and vendors.
Integrate and operationalize vendors within CC programs.
Establish and manage the invoicing process between vendors, THB, and carrier partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between THB, vendors, and carrier partners, including ongoing data reporting on utilization.
Build and maintain strong partnerships in the government and LTCI sectors through regular meetings to discuss all aspects of the relationship and address relevant matters.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and recommending vendors to enhance program outcomes and engagement.
Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with carrier partners, vendors, and stakeholders in the government and LTCI sectors.
Skilled in presenting vendor value propositions to carrier partners and effectively communicating the benefits of proposed solutions.
Experience overseeing the contracting process, including negotiating payment models and ensuring contractual terms align with business objectives.
Capability to integrate and operationalize vendors within CC programs, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., account managers, executives) to position the company as a central coordinator for wellness initiatives.
Competence in establishing and managing invoicing processes between vendors, the company, and carrier partners.
Experience acting as a liaison and managing ongoing data reporting on vendor utilization and performance metrics.
Proficient in conducting regular meetings to discuss and address all aspects of partnerships, ensuring ongoing alignment and success.
Ability to adapt and perform well in a quickly changing or demanding environment. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities for both oneself and the team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
2+ years experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, or program coordination within healthcare or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate vendors, manage partnerships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
2+ years experience overseeing contracting processes, including negotiating terms and payment structures that align with business objectives and ensure mutual benefit for all parties involved.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with carrier partners, vendors, and stakeholders, including experience in managing partnerships within the government and LTCI sectors.
2+ years experience working closely with account managers, executives, and external partners to advocate for and position the organization as a key coordinator in wellness initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
Experience in establishing and managing invoicing processes, operationalizing vendors within programs, and acting as a liaison to provide ongoing support, including data reporting on utilization and performance metrics.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field, with an emphasis on vendor management, contract negotiation, relationship building, and project coordination, or equivalent work experience preferred.
