Responsibilities

Identify and bring forward investment opportunities aligned with LemVega’s strategy.

Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality deals, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth due diligence on prospective deals.

Work closely with the investment team to structure deals and assess alignment with the firm’s goals.

Cultivate strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.

Represent LemVega Capital at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build the firm’s visibility and network.

Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, helping them scale operations, refine business strategies, and achieve growth targets.

Act as a mentor and advisor to founders, offering expertise on market trends and business development.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine LemVega’s investment thesis and contribute to overall growth.

Share insights on industry trends to help shape the firm’s direction.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, or a senior leadership role in a high-growth company

Strong financial acumen with expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, and investment strategies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively

Aligned with LemVega’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and impactful investments

Collaborative and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth

Preferred
