Responsibilities

Make Outbound calls to verify the accuracy of the information collected by our organization

Confirm data and specific details with accuracy and courtesy.

Follow established procedures to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of verified information.

Record the results of each verification accurately and comprehensively in the system

Communicate clearly and professionally with contacts to ensure understanding and cooperation.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to verified information.

Customer Service Skills

Required

High School (10th-12th) or Undergraduate students

Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
