Responsibilities
Forge new paths, achieving vertical success through proactive prospecting, creating enough opportunities per month to exceed your sales target.
Engage with 20-25 prospects weekly, blending your efforts across direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events.
Balance travel for face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings across the entire U.S.
Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate leads and opportunities.
Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring no opportunity is left unturned.
Embrace a disciplined, repeatable sales process, and consistently enhance your skills and industry knowledge.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
A resilient market builder with a proven track record of at least three years experience in B2B full-cycle sales.
History of selling a service-related solution in the Senior Care industry or similar, such as Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Memory Care.
Experience prospecting and selling across a large region within a defined vertical.
A strategic thinker with experience in a sales methodology (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
A professional with a positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges and changes.
Self-motivated, driven, and competitive, with a working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
A proactive communicator, adept at opening doors and engaging potential clients in person and over the phone.
Assertive and persuasive, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close.
Ability to travel across the entire United States
