Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the referral process, including receiving and processing referrals from other veterinary practices and specialists.
Communicate effectively with referring veterinarians and provide updates on hospital services, advancements, specialists, and events.
Serve as a liaison between our hospital and referring practices, maintaining positive relationships and promoting collaboration.
Track referral statistics and analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our referral services and attract new referring hospitals.
Provide exceptional customer service to referring veterinarians and ensure their needs are met throughout the referral process.
Content development for hospital website and social media. Collaborating with the marketing department to gather information, creating compelling written and visual content, and maintaining a consistent online presence across all channels.
Responsible for planning and executing events, such as lunch & learn seminars, and dinners. Ensures sufficient and appropriate event materials are delivered on time.
Responsible for organizing and representing the hospital at community events.
Plans, coordinates, and executes events within timelines and within budget. Events may be in-person, online, or hybrid.
Local travel required, minimum 50%. (Mileage reimbursement)

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Positive attitude, team player, and dedication to providing outstanding patient care.

Preferred

Background in marketing not required but highly preferred.
