Responsibilities

Leads the development and execution of AI strategies to enhance clinical decision-making, patient care, and operational efficiency.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and prioritize projects that align with business goals.

Oversees the design, development, and deployment of machine learning algorithms and AI models in service and healthcare applications.

Manages a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.

Stays abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Partners with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, IT, and business leaders, to drive adoption and integration of AI technologies.

Leads initiatives to showcase the value and impact of AI on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI research, development, and implementation, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field

Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies.

Proven track record of leading AI projects from ideation to deployment, delivering measurable impact and value.

Experience being a center of excellence supporting internal business stakeholders navigating and developing solutions that are aligned to and prioritized by driving the most impact to the business.

Experience managing and mentoring a team of AI professionals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights and opportunities.

Knowledge of healthcare data standards, regulations, and best practices.
