Responsibilities
Lead all sales and business development efforts, including direct outreach, strategic partnerships, and deal negotiation.
Build and manage relationships with publishing partners and industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market penetration and establish Futuri’s leadership in AI audiobook production.
Cultivate partnerships across the publishing ecosystem to accelerate adoption.
Design pricing models and packaging strategies to meet market needs.
Develop e-commerce and self-service capabilities to streamline customer acquisition.
Align sales efforts with marketing strategies to maximize awareness and engagement.
Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Provide feedback on market trends to inform product development and competitive positioning.
Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction through efficient workflows and quality control processes.

Required
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles in publishing, audiobooks, or related industries.
Proven success in building and leading sales teams, closing strategic deals, and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of publishing and audiobook markets, with an existing network of industry contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
