Responsibilities
Define and lead the product monetization strategy for QV’s Auto Insurance Distribution, focusing on innovative revenue streams in lead, click, and call sales.
Develop scalable strategies to drive client acquisition, increase profitability, and position QV as a leader in auto insurance distribution.
Drive end-to-end onboarding for auto insurance clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction across lead, click, and call distribution models.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to integrate clients effectively and optimize customer experience.
Leverage business intelligence to refine monetization strategies and distribution models, optimizing revenue opportunities across QV’s auto insurance offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets.
Oversee the strategic vision for QV’s Call Center Auto Insurance activities, building a stable, high-quality call center distribution model.
Partner with marketing, engineering, and data teams to align product roadmaps and operational needs, ensuring all initiatives support QV’s growth objectives.

Required
5+ years of experience in the insurance distribution industry, with a strong emphasis on auto insurance.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing monetization strategies, and leading high-performing teams in this market.
Strong relationships within the auto insurance vertical, including carriers, brokers, and distribution networks.
Successfully managed end-to-end client onboarding and engagement processes, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Led the development of scalable strategies for lead, click, and call monetization, leveraging data to optimize profitability.
Highly familiar with distribution SaaS products, ping-post call and lead integrations, insurance click APIs, and other technical frameworks essential to auto insurance distribution.
Hands-on experience overseeing call center strategies, and building reliable and scalable distribution models to support growth in the auto insurance sector.
Worked cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams, aligning product roadmaps and operational initiatives with overarching business goals.
