Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential new aviation business opportunities within the Organ Transplant Center (hospitals) segment, including partnership possibilities.
Lead negotiations with prospect to include pricing, contracts, and service level.
Manage prospects.
Maintain awareness of market trends.
Drive revenue growth for new business in assigned segment.
Align resources to create a seamless customer experience through onboarding.

Required
10+ years of experience in a Business Development or similar role at a Part 135 aircraft operator focused on selling aviation services to Organ Procurement Organizations or Hospital Transplant Centers.
Proven ability to achieve and surpass revenue expansion targets.
Executive presence in front of customers, partners, employees, and board members.
A data-driven decision maker, with a willingness to access required changes for success.
