Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration: You will guide communication between Global Data & Technology and AOR media pitch teams, collaborating on solutions that align with client briefs and showcase Dentsu’s media workflow platforms.
Media Workflow Expertise: You will lead projects that demonstrate the capabilities of Dentsu’s product suite across the entire media workflow—from audience insights and planning to activation and measurement.
Client Solutions: You will develop tailored approaches to pitch briefs, focusing on how Dentsu’s platforms can uniquely address client challenges in data, identity, and media effectiveness.
Data and Identity Frameworks: You will apply in-depth knowledge of data and identity solutions to ensure seamless targeting, measurement, and personalization, adapting these frameworks to meet specific client needs.
Innovation and Best Practices: You will drive innovation by keeping current with industry trends, latest technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring that Dentsu’s media solutions remain at the forefront.
Storytelling and Pitch Development: You will partner with pitch teams to create compelling, data-driven narratives that illustrate the impact and difference of Dentsu’s offerings in addressing client goals.
Leadership: You will collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and account teams to agree on client requirements, share best practices, and refine media solutions for maximum impact.
Continuous Improvement: You will collect and analyze pitch and client feedback to increase Dentsu’s media solutions, identifying enhancements that align with market needs and client priorities.

Required
15 years+ years' experience in media solutions, marketing technology, or a related field, with experience in a senior leadership role.
Media and Data Expertise: Track record in media strategy, with a understanding of data and identity frameworks, audience segmentation, media planning, and performance measurement.
Client Pitch and Collaboration Skills: Success in collaborating on client pitches, with the ability to distill complex data and technology solutions into compelling, client-centered narratives.
Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and data insights to inform strategic decisions.
Leadership: Experience building and leading high-performance teams and encouraging collaboration.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an accessible way to partners at all levels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science)
