Responsibilities

Provide strategic vision and leadership to a team of Prescriber Adoption, Hospital Engagement, and Account Management; setting ambitious goals that align with our organizational objectives.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring high performance and professional development for all team members.
Drive recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing team committed to exceptional patient, vendor, and prescriber engagement.
Creating and executing strategic plans to engage prescribers and drive product adoption.
Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and prescriber behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Identifying and cultivating relationships with influential healthcare providers.
Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to expand market presence and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, clinics, hospitals and systems, and healthcare professionals.
Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted messaging and educational resources that enhance awareness and confidence in our services among patients, families, and providers.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem, leveraging industry insights and market trends to inform strategic initiatives.
Build and sustain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and referral sources, promoting collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on insurance authorization, billing processes, and reimbursement guidelines to streamline patient care.
Organizing and executing meetings, creative opportunities for partnership, and other events to engage with healthcare providers.
Oversee the efficient processing and fulfillment of complex orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with patient needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and vendor management, health plans, to ensure alignment and effective execution of engagement strategies.
Leading and managing a team of field representatives to engage with healthcare providers in person when necessary.
Analyzing data on prescriber engagement metrics, such as prescription volume, market share, and general healthcare community strategy driving satisfaction.

Required

Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation roles, specifically within Home Medical Equipment (HME), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), or post-acute care sectors.
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, business development, or related roles, with significant leadership experience.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Hospital Systems, ACOs, Specialists, and more.
Comprehensive knowledge of back-office workflows, documentation, and reimbursement processes across various payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMR) and MS Office applications, with the ability to adapt to specialized software systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the capability to inspire and motivate teams toward excellence.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, able to identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives based on market insights.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to superior customer service and patient care.
Bachelor’s degree in sales, business management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
