Responsibilities

Setting and executing the portfolio's strategic and operating plans
Leading a team to meet and exceed client satisfaction and financial performance objectives
Ensuring the portfolio's alignment with the company's overall strategy
Collaborating with technical service delivery lines and business development to deliver client-centered, innovative solutions
Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients in federal and state government agencies
Creating and executing the environment and natural resources strategy to retain and expand client relationships

Required

Minimum of 10 years' experience in client relationship management, technical professional services delivery, and project management, particularly in the context of government contracting.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational and financial goals.
History of building and maintaining successful relationships.
Deep familiarity with the US federal government business landscape.
Outstanding domain knowledge in areas such as research, monitoring, and evaluation, technical assistance and implementation, digital and data services, or equity.
Strong blend of business development and operations leadership capabilities.
Adept at professional and career development.
Bachelor's degree with 15 years' experience, a Master's with 12 years, or a PhD with 10 years' relevant experience.
