Responsibilities

Supervising staff

Developing, analyzing and controlling operating budgets

Preparing budget modifications

Implementing fiscal programs and procedures

Managing fiscal processes, including budget, finance and cost accounting

Overseeing invoice processing

Managing administrative functions, including overseeing the preparation of periodic financial reports and annual returns

Providing fiscal support to C-suite managers and AOC management

Advising on the budgetary impact of contractual obligations

Interacting with vendors and other fiscal officers

Conducting financial and programmatic research

Data entry and spreadsheet development

Staff training

Making presentations

Master's degree in finance

Minimum of six years of experience leading and managing financial processes

Experience in insurance companies

Knowledge in financial projection

Experience in the insurance sector

KPIS management

Constant monitoring of the Project

Weekly reports on implementations

Advanced Excel and Power Bi

5 years of experience in insurance

8 years of experience as VP, finance

Preferred

Knowledge of Agile Methodology
