Responsibilities
Reviewing and providing input on operating and capital plans
Interacting with hotel teams to assess performance
Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities
Negotiating key legal documents
Performing asset valuations
Preparing hold/sell analyses
Staying abreast of industry trends
Undertaking additional tasks as necessary to maximize the value of the hotel portfolio for clients

Required
Minimum of 6 years' of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in operations and hotel real estate asset management.
BA/BS degree in business finance, hospitality, or real estate finance.
Strong background in hotel finance or revenue management.
Experience in hotel operations.
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Ability to think and act strategically.
Hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English.
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish.
Background in hotel finance or revenue management.
