Recruiting and developing data talent

Capability building in data management and strategy

Working closely with the CDO and D+A engineering team to ensure best practices in Medicaid data management are followed

Required

Bachelor's degree

At least 10 years' experience in healthcare data management and analytics

Proven track record in leading data management operations

Developing innovative data solutions

Formulating data strategies

Expertise in healthcare data, particularly in the areas of physical health, BH, and Rx claims, encounter data, clinical data, SDoH and demographic data, and diagnostic data

Experience with Medicaid data and MES systems

Background in consulting or professional services related to healthcare data and analytics
