Responsibilities
Leverage our cutting-edge technology platform to close high-value transactions.
Conducting in-depth property analyses, including valuations, market comparisons, and comprehensive research.
Engaging with and advising clients, companies, and institutions on the development and execution of personalized real estate investment strategies.
Staying informed about local market conditions and emerging industry trends through continuous research.
Conduct proactive outreach to targeted lists of multifamily property owners.
Oversee lead management and execute sales campaigns.
Manage the full transaction process from initial contact to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and ownership groups in key markets.
Interface regularly with clients, brokers, owners/sellers, and executive team members, representing Offerd with professionalism and diligence.

Required
A valid real estate license is required.
Proven track record in commercial brokerage, acquisitions, or investment sales.
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
